FACILITATION & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Important conversations deserve more than another meeting.
I design and facilitate strategic planning sessions, leadership meetings, retreats, workshops and other important conversations that will help people think together, understand what matters and decide what happens next.
WHEN FACILITATION HELPS
The right people are in the room. But that doesn’t always mean the path forward is clear.
The people closest to the work often know more than any one person does. The challenge is creating enough space and structure to surface what they know, work through what is getting in the way and reach a shared understanding of what comes next.
01
AN IMPORTANT DECISION NEEDS THE RIGHT CONVERSATION
The decision affects multiple people or teams, and you need more than a quick discussion or top-down answer.
02
THE CONVERSATION KEEPS GOING IN CIRCLES
The same issues continue to surface, but the group has not been able to name the real problem or move toward resolution
03
THE MOMENTUM DESERVES THOUGHTFUL DESIGN
You are planning a retreat, strategic session, leadership experience or difficult conversation and want the time together to lead somewhere meaningful.
04
PEOPLE ARE SEEING THE WORK DIFFERENTLY
There are competing priorities, perspectives or assumptions, and the team needs a clearer, shared picture of what matters.

HOW I FACILITATE
I don’t come into the room assuming I have the answer. My role is to create the conditions for the right conversation to happen.
I listen for what is being said and what may be sitting just beneath the surface. I ask questions, notice patterns and connections, and make sure the conversation does not move past something important simply because it is difficult or unclear.
I also bring structure. I help the group stay connected to the purpose of the conversation, work through different perspectives and turn discussion into decisions, ownership and meaningful next steps.
The goal isn’t to control the conversation. It’s to help people say what needs to be said, understand one another and move forward together.
WHAT CLIENTS EXPERIENCE
Different conversations.
The same need for clarity, connection and movement.
Strategic planning sessions
Leadership team meetings and offsites
Cross-functional alignment sessions
Difficult or high-stakes conversations
Workshops and leadership development experiences
Every engagement is designed around the people, purpose and decisions involved. I don’t begin with a standard agenda and make your organization fit inside it.
WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE
The work begins before everyone enters the room.
We clarify what the time together needs to accomplish, who needs to be involved and what may get in the way. Depending on the session, I may talk with participants, review existing work or help prepare people for the conversation.
BEFORE THE ROOM
IN THE ROOM
I guide the process, ask questions, surface patterns and help the group stay with the important parts of the conversation. I adapt as needed while keeping the purpose and desired outcomes in view.
AFTER THE ROOM
I help capture what was decided, what remains unresolved, who owns what and what needs to happen next, so the value of the conversation does not disappear when the meeting ends.
Have an important conversation that needs more thought and structure?
Tell me what you are bringing people together to work through. We can talk about what the session needs to accomplish and whether I’m the right person to help facilitate it.
