Helping leaders and organizations
get important work unstuck.
Bringing clarity to complexity, connecting
the right people and ideas, and turning strategy into meaningful action.
When the work matters, but the path forward isn’t clear.
Sometimes the challenge isn’t knowing that something needs to change. It’s figuring out what is really getting in the way and what to do next.
I work alongside leaders and organizations when the work is important, complicated or stuck. I listen, ask questions, connect people and ideas, and help create enough clarity and structure to move the work forward.
Capable people and organizations don’t usually get stuck because they lack ability or commitment. More often, too many pieces need to connect, priorities compete, or no one has enough distance from the work to see the whole picture.
Sometimes the thing that helps most is having someone outside the work listen carefully, notice the pattern and help make the next step clearer.
Something important needs to move, but the path forward is not clear.
The work crosses teams, functions or stakeholders, and no one has the full picture.
People are working hard, but priorities, decisions or ownership are still unclear.
A leader needs a trusted place to think honestly about a decision, transition or challenge.
A conversation needs to happen - and it needs to lead somewhere.
You need someone who can step into complicated work, make sense of it quickly and stay long enough to help move it forward.

Facilitation & Leadership Development
For teams that need a thoughtful conversation to create shared understanding, alignment and movement.
I design and facilitate strategic planning sessions, leadership meetings, retreats, workshops and development experiences that surface what matters and help people decide what happens next.
MEET ANGIE BASZLER
You don't always need someone with the answer.
You need someone who knows how to help you find it.
I’ve spent my career working alongside leaders to make sense of complicated challenges, connect people and ideas, and turn important conversations into meaningful action.
I’m a strategist by nature and a connector at heart. I ask a lot of questions - not because I expect to walk in with all the answers, but because I have learned that much of what an organization needs to know is often already in the room. Different people are simply holding different pieces.
My best work happens in the space between strategy and execution, people and process, thinking and doing. I don’t just help you see the path forward. I work alongside you to help you move.
THE STORY BEHIND THE NAME
He noticed what mattered.
My grandfather, Norman Conrad, was a farmer. Some of my favorite childhood memories happened on his farm—bottle-feeding calves, playing in the hayloft, and riding beside Grandpa in his tractor.
He always carried a roll of Life Savers in his pocket. Red were my favorite. Eventually, he noticed. After that, whenever I came to the farm, he'd have a little bag filled with the red ones he'd saved just for me.
It was a small thing. But I remember how it felt to be noticed. Remembered. Known.
He also trusted me with things that made me feel capable. Looking back, I realize how much those simple experiences shaped the way I believe people grow.
See people. Notice what matters.
Trust them with meaningful work.
Help them become more capable.
Norman Conrad bears his name because those ideas are at the heart of how I work with leaders and organizations.
WHAT CHANGES
The goal isn't another framework.
It's meaningful progress.
